I hear your frustration, but to the contrary, I see this as a positive news. It's all about deliverables. If he achieves certain standards of performance then he's remunerated accordingly so there's strong incentive to perform and ensure HIG ramps up production. As shareholders we will all be rewarded with improved production reflected in the share price. At least there is transparency!
