Not quite,
Ansteel 'own' 50% of the 'Karara project', not Gindalbie. Gindalbie may go on to do other projects by themselves which don't involve Ansteel apart from them being a major SHer of Gindalbie. To that point Ansteel own 30 something percent of Gindalbie as a holder of FPO's, no more no less. The JV is tied to the 'project' (ie. 50/50 ownership), not the 'company'.
