    it was only 4 years ago,that the company raised $15m in a IPO. that money, could not get out of the bank account, fast enough. just over one year ago, ero got into alluvial gold mining operations, and raised more funds (at about 6c per share) at the same time. the alluvial operations were supposed to generate funds for the company - but now the show is up for sale, and will no doubt be sold for a fraction of the price, that was originally paid for the operation.

    the recent placement was only a pittance - the sale of the alluvial operations will not raise too much funds - so expect another capital raising.

    ero is being used as a backdoor listing - but the vendors, are getting too much of the pie, for the ground,which is being acquired...well, what a surprise - but the mug punter, who puts up the cash, has always been the fool.
