    ff,

very good suggestion - thank you for that.

i have a few questions though.

    1) "foreign ownership of FML" - what does that mean exactly?
i, as a german citizen own shares -
Do you mean 51% minus all foreign shares currently hold? or
Do you mean by "foreign GOVT shareholding cap" companies controlled by the Gouvernment?
But how would you notice that a foreign shareholder/company is controlled by a government?

    2) how one should control this?
How would that prevent that SD is buying shares via third parties? What should be the consequences if this would happen and would get public?

    3) Everyone can be bought - how to make really sure that the 4 non SD Directors will vote with shareholders in Mind?

    4) How to restrict the Usage of the 200M in the SH Interests?
See - my worst case scenario is, that SD will misuse Focus as an aquisistion machine buying more and more ground until the money is gone - the SP drops as there is nothing left to produce the gold - all on care and maintainance - and suddenly - SD shows up with another TO Offer...

I.m.O. all comes down to: Should/Could/Can we trust Sangdong?

I'd be happy to hear your Opinion on that...

    Best
