that would give then 51% but give 49% 4 to 3 votes on the board and guarantee,if nothing,their directors could be out voted.
In reality,it would only stop the worst of corporate/political abuses and business,would carry on for businesses sake,in the best interest of shareholders/money making,i have no doubt.

Face it,when you get divorced,you set up a trust to make sure,what you have doesn't get fleeced into the next relationship.So why not start our relationship,with our long distance lover,the same way.A nice little pre-nup.
