I'd like to agree with you, but in reality I think it is a "rights" issue. We are/were entitled to our 1/4.

The extras would/will be very nice if we get some, but at the end of the day...to be fair, Patterson's did take the step and make the commitment to underwrite it. I guess that gives them some sort of entitlement to a pick at the shortfall:(

If the "recession" had continued into the depths of gloom, and the market had been going the other direction, they would have been there...I guess that is worth a few shares...unfortunately.
