The placemet of 100,000,000 shares and options should be voted down by shareholders.
This issue will be dillutionary to existing shareholders.
Please contact JPR and request that the placement be offered to existing shareholders rather than Indian Ocean Capital clients.
At very least JPR should offer a SPP to shareholders on same terms ie 4 cents.
