A little bit of Christmas Cheer.
I couldn't believe it but the CTP share price appears to have out performed Macquarie Group's over the last 12 months !
I appreciate they may have had other reason/s to sell but any who became disillusioned and sold out at 8.7 (That's after consolidation and after conversion to decimal currency....Pfffffttt Tiiimmmbbbeeerrr Etc.) may not be as happy as a mate of mine who quietly acquired about 500,000 at about that price.
Something still tells me that this is a bit like the 2 Italian Tough Guys at the Opera where one says "Ah Sol it ain't over till the f...t lady sings" and I think that the CTP opera has not finished yet.
During the year I stumbled on some videos by the eminent mathematician Dr Hannah Fry and in particular her video on I Predict a Riot.... worth watching
By the way the problem we have had in valuing CTP is probably that we can't see the jar and the lollies are all different sizes and are in jars that the audience can not see.
I have been thinking of contacting Hannah to persuade her to do a video "I predict a takeover". My guess is that the work on riots and public behaviour would stand her in good stead.
