Hajji, thank god you are ahead! I don't think CNP need to be debt/equity neutral. Interesting you mentioned $2.57 per share. About four years ago when CER hit $2, CNP was $10. Although I believe valuations were over the top then, the market had valued CER to be worth about 20% of CNP. Wonder what made up the other 80% then?
