    More shares on issue will ALWAYS mathematically dilute s/h wealth!

    To say the increased amount of shares one holds will = the same value as a lesser holding is an ASSUMPTION, as shares may drop in value MORE than what you think due to sentiment. I admit they may also rise.

    Anyway, GL and stop complaining about us complaining,
