To me it is very simple. For MR's comments about not getting special treatment to be true then all share holders should have been given the option to purchase enough shares at $1.10 not to have been diluted. Given there will be effectivly a bit over 3 times the number of exisiting shares being allocated in this offer we all should have been given a 3 for 1 offer at $1.10.

To me that is what we should be asking for if we want any changes to the offer. It is very simple Maths and I think Inside business where whimps for not asking this very consise and obvious question.

P.S. I will actually take up the offer either way and think that I will do well out of it anyway in the medium term however it isn't fair to shareholders and we should have been able to do better out of it.
