Scientist reckons:
"At the end of the day, do you think our leader was worried about us, the loyal shareholders, or himself."
I couldn't possibly say that I was a "loyal shareholder" !
I had my sell in at just over $2 before the halt in the belief that there would be a part sale of the business and if truth was know I would guess that I wasn't alone with my lack of loyalty.
The pain of having a higher than current sp entry price is obvious for those that have, but I think in terms of long-term outcomes the re-cap road has more merit than the lopping off of probably the most valuable assets from Asciano.
I'm jumping on the now fully loaded band-wagon and will express my unhappiness at the preferential treatment that MR has given himself but I will take up all of my 1 for 1 and hope for a little takeover action in a few months time by one of the jilted suitors. In the meantime I think we will see a slowly rising sp after the dust has settled from the raising.
Good luck
