    what makes you say "no incentives to bring in the insto's then no succesful cap raising = unhappy banks = unhappy shareholders" ?

    wasnt AIO tradiing above $10?

    if insto's dont see $1.1 is cheap, why was the cap raising increased to 2.35B?
