re: shareholders stuffed...for humility The 21c val for SBM was to work out the no of shares in the new company for sbm shareholders... it has nothing to do with the trading valuation. In effect the lower the val the better as the MORE shares in the new company would be received. IE it's the Market Cap divided by the val(21c)=no of new shares!!
