Averaging down is what I'm doing because if we win we get something if we lose we get hit with a bill for a few million so the case isn't really a make or break as far doesn't actually really lose anything
finance however is and I can't see any reason why it wouldn't go through we are just waiting on that one bank and if they say yeah she's all good it should be pretty smooth sailing
