Selling up is a good option. You get to unlock the value without the mismanagement destroying shareholder value.
By the way, junior debt is not 12% interest but FAR has assumed it will be 12.5% over libor (2%), so the rate is actually 14.5% interest on that 150m USD facility... if they can get it at that rate at all that is. It could be lower or higher, but I doubt it will be lower given where it ranks.
