It suits the Kazakh oligarchs (Meridian) to obtain a larger slice of the FAR Sangomar pie at low prices. They are providing the money as an alternate outcome to a fire sale of a % of our WI in the project......
It was always going to be an unpleasant experience for an explorer with no income to keep its % and was always going to involve some dilution for those unable or unwilling to participate in capital raisings.
