Who cares about remorse? The bottom line is that CL is being dictated to now by financiers. I think they have threatened to pull the pin. We all know that if this cap raising fails its administration for all.
He has lost cred, it is the little boy in the toyshop syndrome who wanted it all. A mis-guided, poorly advised business man. His model in hindsight was frought with danger. They are now most likely going to have to sell assets at a loss because their geographical exposure is way to vast for a little company to handle with the current capital structure. The underwriters are taking a big risk hence the 8c placement. MRM have taken years to build. I remember workin on MRM's accounts when they were only a small private company. That was in 1992
