Like many other mum & dad investors I will lose a lot of money if the Boardrider acquisition goes ahead. I will be Voting No as I believe that the company could certinaly be turned around as they have been advising shareholders for many years but the CEO and Board need to be replaced and a major restructure of the company needs to occur with potential job losses. A new set of eyes now needs to be at the helm.
I am interested on what others thoughts are regarding this acquisition and the reasons why there should be a Yes Or No Vote?
