Just finished watching four corners about strata managers not having the best interest of the strata property owners and ineffective regulatory controls in Australia kinda reminds me of some contentions here about shareholders not protected by some practices by company managements.
Ah, Australia what a lucky country we live in, so many clever people making tons of money but not directly producing anything...
Not to mention real estate agents, car salesmen....We live in the land of middlemen, or middlepersons....
I guess it all adds to the GDP numbers....
Sigh.
Rant over, lets watch the IMU rollercoaster or another grind down now.
