What productivity and benefits come from Employee entitlements such as Sick Pay paid at same Pay Rate as opposed to Workers Comp Rates (75% from memory) which would stop People taking sickies when they are not sick. Also Annual Leave of 17.5% Loading and Long Service Leave of 13.5 Weeks Plus loading for 10 yrs Work Overtime Rates of 150% Sunday Rates of 200% and Public Holiday Rates of 300%?

A Well paid working Woman will most likey give Birth to a Child who will Work 50+ yrs and Pay Tax and who will want to be self reliant and need less Govt assistance.

Whereas a Woman on Welfare will most likely give Birth to another Welfare dependant requiring more Govt assistance and giving more Power to Socialist Govts and their Mates such as yourself.

Giving Women Ppl at their same rate of Pay will mean that they have more Money to spend while on Leave which will boost the Economy and provide Incentive to both further their Career and have Children.

The significant cost of raising a Child for 16 Yrs will also add to the Economy more than Children Born on Welfare ( I think a Woman should be rewarded for the effort of carrying a Child for 10 Months and raising one for 16+ Yrs don't you?).

Paying Women the same amount provides no Incentive for a Woman to advance Her Career but gives more Power to Socialist Govts and considering that it is a Workplace entitlement like the ones mentioned in the first Paragraph does not make sense at all and is a way of repressing Women in the Workforce.
