    Sale price range is $55M to $114M.

    Assume that there is a 10% commission for the sale, so cash to CFE if sale goes ahead would be $50M - $100M.

    Assume that any div will be between 1.5 cents (approx $10M)if sale price is at the lower end of the range and 3 cents (approx $20M) if at the higher end.

    This will leave enough funds so they can get back to the buyback as well as fund Marampa for sale.
