By the way I got off the phone from the ASX yesterday and they informed me that so long as there are 50 shareholders, a company is still able to remain listed.
So I guess Warner's view on mopping up shareholders with unmarketable parcels is a good idea and would not affect the listing status of GPP.
I think the Board are just using SCARE tactics so that Warner does not get elected.
