They did it the same way last time. In the current time where most companies are ditching paper and going online, Aura has gone in reverse and I agree with your analysis. If you have something to fear, you will do everything to save your a@$e.
I really hope that the law catches up to them and no matter the AGM result, Peter and his cronies are either kicked out or in gaol.
