All shareholders with direct names on the Register, must email Computershare at [email protected] and request your personalised proxy voting form.
No one appears to have been mailed a proxy yet. It seems that there is no physical pack being sent. A shareholder will only get a proxy if they email Computershare and use the personalised form to vote.
