i also can log in and vote online,
is there any concern we appoint the chairman of the meeting as proxy,
I've come across this before in another company where they
mentioned if we do appoint the chairman as proxy,
our votes can even be discarded,
as they can vote on a show of hands..
or something like this.
I am happy to appoint someone else if need be.
