If ASEAN wanted to take over and sell-off the assets, surely they could have taken a passive approach and let the share-price drop further to maybe half what it is now, and taken over at the point at half the cost?

ASEAN have offered resistance and as Anton88 has said, 'ASEAN has put their money where their mouth is' the least we can give them is our support.

My fear is Peter Reeve and the Boy's Club, if left to their own devices, are going to strip out the Haggan, Tasiest and Tiris assets using IPO's and JV's, then run Aura into the ground and walk away into the new companies formed by the IPO's...getting rid of what they call dissenting shareholders.

Please, someone with more business savvy explain if my fears are wrong or are not possible - I know my limitation and I am happy to listen to someone with more experience

    ASEAN get my support.
