Can someone please explain to me what is happening with our vote with this postponed EGM?
I spoke to Computershare today and they couldn't give a clear answer.
They said the final date for voting is also postponed to 15th May... And I could still vote if I have another account or open a new one... whatttt
So if they don't freeze and count all the votes received before 12.Apr.2020 then my questions are:
1 - What happen with all the votes already given? Are they gonna be counted?
2 - If not, do we get a new Proxy Form and send it again?
3 - If all will be counted and we can't vote again then what happen if during this time I buy some more shares? Do I have more voting right?
4 - Or what happen if I sell my share? My vote still count? and the entity, who bought my shares can vote with the same share too?
5 - What happen if Aura issue new shares? Are those shares counted too... If yes, what can stop Aura to issue as many new shares as they need to stop any new reform go through?
Many thanks if someone have an answer for me.
