As an example;
An underwriter to back a 1 for 1 rights issue @ 0025c with a 8-10 to 1 share consol (2-2.5c equivalent). Reeve and co would ideally be expected to take up their rights.
Believers/faithful get averaged down. Lind is dealt with, balance sheet is tidied up with cash in bank flexibility.
U market conditions are getting supportive of the possibility of pulling off such a move now.
