    Do not use the Pre filled out Green form if you want Change. The form you need is in the booklet.

    Add you HIN number.

    Make sure you mail it to Computershare as soon as possible.

    Contact Computershare to make sure they have your vote.

    For those that have a company or trust - it is believed you need to send additional information - pages are on this thread.

    Get it done as soon as you can and in the post ASAP.

    We've been told of alleged tactics management have undertaken to stop us winning.

    Vote FOR Change!! Vote FOR something different, apart from delays and SP destruction. IMO
