I am not sure about the chairman. I just talked to Computershare today and they advised me that do not tick "the Chairman of the meeting" because the proxy form says " the chairman of the meeting intends to vote undirected proxies AGAINST all resolutions." and if you leave Step 1 blank then the chairman will vote on your behalf... doesn't matter what you choose. Computershare advised to write my name or someone I know and going to be there. I was thinking to put preempt name. what do you think?
Also Computershare was surprised we got a prefilled proxy from. they suggested me to email them the green prefilled form. I am sending it to them and I ask all of you to do the same. the email is: [email protected]
Aura management already destroyed our share value to nothing... we have nothing to lose but they should not get away with something if it is not legal...
