When they are going at such great lengths to stop you voting what's to stop them just binning the faxed version ( assuming you even have fax - i don't) or the snail mail version ( claiming they're never received).
This is an absolute disgrace!
Note they even comment keep your HIN number secure to try and disuade you from putting on the booklet form
