Wooduk - I understand - The fact of the matter is that you are totally correct about the Corporations act or even the guardians the ASIC etc and I perceive the ASX who does not seem to have any real hard rules that can be enforced and be seen to be enforced.

I listened to a radio program about drug usage in Prisons and that 25% of prisoners testing positive was not a bad result and then the person saying that only around 40% re-enter prison only for it then to be revealed that that is after 2 years and after 3 years it heads towards 60%.

I think what I am getting at is that you were correct in that you saw that the same behaviours were prevalent in most of the MIS forestry companies if not all. I on the other hand bought many of their spin and was lucky to escape a major loss through the efforts of people like you who made me more vigilant about was was not being put into the announcements.

The real fact seems is that nothing has changed at all - or am I wrong I seem to remember ASIC was going to take over surveillance of the ASX at one point from the ASX but has anything actually changed - has the events of the past changed anyone's behaviours. Look at NKP threads and it seems to just have shifted elsewhere as one door closes.
