There will be a lot of shares on issue (350 million including current options etc plus lots of future issues). Essentially BOE will be a partly owned and controlled subsidiary of Askia Pty Ltd. Who or what is Askia?
The 65 million shares to be issued at 2 cents a share is obviusly nonsense.
So why did I buy some BOE shares? Location, Location, Location.
