I guess we cant blame BPT for exercising their leverage.
They paid a 60% premium to get their 19.9% stake and nobody forced the GOG founders into the deal.
To be brutally honest, it was the GOG founders who sold us out. Seems ironic the activists are now fighting for Shaw to remain.
I would like him to remain as MD too, but hey, he's the one that agreed to step down as part of the BPT aquistion deal.
