    Thats easy - fear is the easiest emotion to spread and the community has to live there shareholders don't. It infects rational thought. Whatever the rights and wrongs of this one are it will be well nigh impossible to quell the Kingaroy farmer' fears now. Cougar at least has other offshore projects.
