having worked in a testing laboratory one would have to question the procedures , there are set rules in testing and any result that has not been the norm would have to be repeated .. for the impact that these results would have.. they should have been repeated at a NATA Lab for verification before being released,the head of dept. at the testing laboratory should explain why these results were passed on out of the Lab.... before this was done.. there is a case i would say for litigation..
