I had it on very good information that MCS' board spill numbers were strong (above 50%) and a new alternative offer was coming - so everything was going to plan, until MR and board shit their pants and realized they were getting booted off the board and losing their opportunity to follow through on the recap by using the rental reduction condition as their trigger/excuse to appoint VA.

How convenient is it that the forebearance cut off date with SC Lowy was the 26th Aug knowing the shareholder revolt meeting was on the 29th Aug. C'mon, read between the lines.

So VG, maybe you should read some articles suggesting the above before you go off half cocked about my ramping and on top of that, there were prominent chartists here on a TA basis who were confirming that the bottom was in and the possibility of the gap at 5c was within reach.
