fully agree with your U-line and wide implications of it (FH was not aware => v good/deliberate misinfo by someone ?)
need to know/investigate what claims this JV has to other assets (U/NSW/Peru), otherwise as you mentioned, split between shareholders now, if no relation to oxide/sulphide JV.
