Agree with all said and I reckon Jones had to check his underwear after meeting. I must say I was surprised at how much leeway he gave us and I think he now realises that the Directors are accountable for a lot more things than he thought. he still ducked and weaved over the question of the breach of the JV and I am sure our inspectors will get to see all the JV docs as well as this notorious MOU.

I think it was a great step forward for us as now we wont have to pay lawyers for discovery of docs.
