Stay of execution ......... "Holding DOCA" voted in and Committee of Inspection (COI) of 5 inc GT, HNC rep, Cornell rep, Super rep and Cuzo .... or is that Cujo haha ... into the lions den with you.

Holding DOCA means it can be added to / ammended by anyone else interested over next 12 months whicl all the issues are sorted out with the COI over-seeing.

Purpose of this meet was to decide DOCA or liquidation and FH's future role. They would be happy.

COI's role is a conduit of communication between involved parties .... so Cuzo will be able to represent the battlers' interests. He'll have a bit of help.

Shareholders status claims still too hot to handle so still alive for further thought.

All the issues brought up in here re ASIC and FED involvement were aired. FH were not prepared for them. But am sure they now realise their importance and will get off their butt and do what they are supposed to do viz act on behalf of Ozzie interests as well.
