Shareholders vote on the recent transaction.. Vote will open next week. As we know the Company needs 50.1 % of those that vote.
My understanding is the Company has canvased a number of major shareholders on how they will vote and it will pass easily.
So there will be no chapter 11.
Also Shareholder update next week. I believe Company will update new time lines on when they will inject, production of Boron and lithium.. If they inject first week in January they should be producing boron and lithium in Feb.
