Am I correct in assuming this. BB doesn't actually get any more (or many more) shares than he originally had planned ? If this is the case this could well be more about tax base planning as Silent bubbles referred to earlier. In some respects we might all be getting a little worked up.

After all presuming the finance occurs the SP will likely head up over 12 cents regardless. Put like that It might not be the end of the world because he will get the shares regardless (no extra skin off Shareholders noses) just paid less for them up front.

This is obviously going under the assumption finance gets sorted and we're all rosy with an SP of 12 cents +. Big if
