I am sure that Management will be following the HC threads. If they didn't they would have to be the first lot that didn't do so, lol.

So, if they are to take in consideration our comments, they would have to come out with something solid to change our opinions. Unless of course they can gather the support of the financial institutions as well. But hey, if they borrow the shares from NAB to vote them in favour of the resolution, NAB would not be able to vote any longer either.

The fact remain that, IMHO, they would still not get enough votes to pass the resolution.
