Yesterdays Initial Directors Interest shows that MARCUS EDWARDS-JONES who was appointed as a director on the 29th August has now mysteriously 10,000,000 shares and 800,000 options.

Were these bought by himself or granted to him by way of inducement or compensation to become a director?
Sir Sams' holding appears to be zero at this point in time.
