I think everyone knows the parties that are likely to be involved but the directors have a duty of disclosure to release anything that may have a material effect on the SP - so I find it hard to believe anything is signed just yet.

All we have to go on is a KNOC LOI and a few choice quotes to a journo that we don't know is true and the time has yet again passed by.

I hold onto the thought that Sir Sam speaks in 2 days and hopefully has some thunder to give us but deals like this potentially is don't dance to conference date timetables so it is just hope.
