I gotta say, I generally agree mm55mm. The previous management were big talkers and dreamers. What TZL probably needed was a stable steady logical practical type of leader. MB is probably not that guy. His style is similar to the previous management, although he is better than than them. There was a research paper said that showed that steady types make more effective managers than high-flyer types overall. High flyers like Alan Bond and Richard Branson can get off to great starts when the time is right for them, but then they crash or quickly move onto new projects. They can be good at initiating projects, but often don't see them through. It takes initiative, skill, and a good work ethic, or at least an ability to find people with those attributes and to deputise to them.
