I have made some enquiries, you definitely do not need to call a trading halt to inform the market of a failure to win a contract tender. They are probably not even obligated to inform the market as the tender was lodged by a 3rd party.
I think the company should stop hiding behind the so called "legal advice" and stop accentuating the negatives.Is there ulterior motives involved?
Why does TZ insist on accentuating the negatives? Is it purely to drive down the share price.Why??/
