The idle chatter and moaning on a public forum is not going to solve the problem.

We need to confront the reality and take appropriate actions. It is the actions that dictate results.

e.g. Another company proposed to issue lot of incentives to the directors and management. I along with others took action (by voting no to all resolutions) and all the resolutions were withdrawn.

Small shareholders can win if we band together.

My proposal is:

- Let us band together (say a representative group of 10 shareholders) and ask for an appointment with Mark

- Give him chance to explain the situation as well as way forward with cutting costs, increasing revenue

- Evaluate the response and if not good, give him an ultimatum like calling EGM

- We must have a backup plan if Mark quits

Do we have someone with clout to Stand Up to this Lousy Management ? I am all for it (got around 800K shares and tonnes of paper loss at this stage)
