Chand, many of us are not rolling over. You can be sure of that. We have enough votes, many times over, to call an EGM. This is what should be done. Legal action should also be a consideration.
MM, to raise further capital prior to the AGM towards the end of this year, they will have to call an EGM (21 days notice) and would likely ask us to ratify the Veritas placement as not counting towards their 12 month allowance.
If so, we MUST vote against. Also, beware of any deals that possible eventuate which require a capital raising. Such a capital raising would ensure we wouldn't see 50c for years..if at all.
